Regarding the email address used when placing an order

[Important] We recommend that you use a free email address such as Hotmail, Yahoo Mail, or Gmail for the account email address you use when placing your order.

If you use a mobile email address (docomo/au/softbank carrier email), the automatically sent order completion email may not be delivered properly.

The issue of emails not being delivered often occurs with mobile carrier email addresses (@ezweb.ne.jp, @docomo.ne.jp, @softbank.ne.jp) or email addresses using iCloud. Possible causes include strengthened spam prevention measures by mobile phone companies, or the customer's mobile email reception settings.

You will receive at least two emails from the time you place your order until it is shipped.
1. Automatic email sent when your order is completed (we have confirmed that many customers have not received this email)
2. Manually send email when shipping is complete

You can also place an order using a mobile email address. If the final order screen, "Thank you, Mr./Ms. XX!", is displayed, your order has been successfully received. However, please note that you may not receive an email after placing your order.

Shipping costs are 1,150 yen (tax included) nationwide, with the exception of some areas, where the shipping cost is 1,650 yen (tax included) for Hokkaido and Okinawa.

About shipping methods

Delivery of goods will be handled by the following carriers:

You can choose your preferred delivery company from the list above, so if you have a preference, please write it in the comments section at checkout.

The delivery method will be determined by our store and, as a general rule, customers cannot choose the method. We also do not accept requests for specific delivery dates or time slots.

Delivery times

Generally, your order will arrive within 2-3 days after delivery. (It may take 3-4 days for deliveries to remote islands, etc.)
Please note that this does not apply to areas where natural disasters or large-scale events are taking place.

Once your item is ready, you will receive a shipping notification email along with a tracking number, so please check that as well.

Care

About Washing <br>Alpaca wool contains natural wax components to protect it from the Andean environment, with its extreme temperature fluctuations. As a result, even after it is made into a product, alpaca fiber is resistant to stains, and is particularly good at repelling water-based stains. Depending on how often you wear it, it can be cleaned about once every 3-4 years. If it does get dirty, please take it to a trusted dry cleaner with experience in handling alpaca products and tell them where the stain or dirt is. If it is a set product, we recommend having it cleaned at the same time to avoid any differences in color in the finished product.


When it's over (off-season)
Alpacas are said to be insect-resistant because they contain a unique secretion that insects dislike. However, they may be affected by cashmere or wool clothing, which are popular with insects. Therefore, we recommend storing your alpaca away from such clothing. Naphthalene insect repellents are not recommended. Dried lavender scented sachets are also effective. Leaving knitwear hanging on hangers for extended periods can cause it to lose its shape and stretch, so fold it flat during the off-season.


Fraying and resizing <br>If there are snags or fraying, our headquarters will do our best to resolve the issue. Depending on the severity, there may be a small fee, but we will provide thorough aftercare. Please also feel free to contact us if you would like to have the width or length altered.
